As a UX/UI designer I use the user centered design process to enhance customer satisfaction by improving the usefulness, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product. I always advocate a solid UX process and help companies increase UX maturity. With a solid education background (MSc. & PDEng) and 8 years of experience in User Interface Design I also enjoy coaching other UX designers and fulfilling the role as delivery manager.
I can achieve a complete UX design approach from research, analysis and concept development to design execution and beyond. My strength lies in conceptual design, whether it is for a complex (web)applications or simple websites. The UX process is very iterative. The phases of the UX process often have considerable overlap—there’s a lot of back-and-forth.
